Your Planner will be with you every step of the way as you secure your vendors, negotiate contracts, and plan all the little details of your Wedding.

  • Planning starts as soon as you’re ready with the complimentary consultation. We discuss design, guest count, wedding must-haves, and budget
  • Schedule phone and video calls whenever you’d like and email us all your ideas and your Pinterest board of course
  • Help you find the perfect venue and dream team of vendors
  • Access to our extensive list of vendor partners
  • Wedding Planning Checklist
  • Help with a budget and provide a budgeting spreadsheet
  • Finalize vendor arrival times
  • Day of schedule and timeline
  • Venue Layout and Timeline
  • Provides guidance and timing during the ceremony for precessional
  • Facilitate guest arrival and flow of an event
  • Ensure couple eats and drinks through the evening
  • 8 hours for day-of coordination
  • Sets up provided signs, table numbers, gift/ welcome table
  • Ensures all items are boxed up and sent home with the couple or family at the end of the night

Having been in the event industry for over 7 years Sara knows the ins and out’s of an event and will make sure your vision becomes a reality. Sara loves that each couple makes their event all their own with favorite colors, an homage to their hobbies, and shared interests.

They made my husband’s and my day the most special day. It was better than I even imagined. She was quick to answer any questions, go over any concerns, and brought my dream to life!! The location was hard to imagine when we asked to see it a couple of days before our big day, but when it was time for the reception, I almost cried it was PERFECT!! The food was NOT your typical wedding food which I was worried about doing a destination wedding and not being able to test taste the food. It was some of the best food I have ever had! She was so fantastic at letting us know what was happening when. Her energy just makes you smile and trust everything she does. Thank you, Team!!!
